Getting Your ClubReady Credentials

To connect ClubReady Companion with your ClubReady account, you need two pieces of information:

  • Store ID (also called Club ID) - Your unique ClubReady location identifier
  • API Key - A secure key that authorizes API access

How to Request API Access

ClubReady requires you to complete an authorization form to grant third-party API access. This is a security measure to protect your club's data.

Step 1: Complete the API Authorization Form

Step 2: Fill Out the Form

When completing the form, you'll need to provide:

Important

Only the account owner (franchisee or business owner) can submit this form. Submissions by third parties are not accepted by ClubReady.

Step 3: Wait for Approval

After submitting the form:

  1. ClubReady will review your authorization request
  2. Processing typically takes 2-5 business days
  3. Once approved, you'll receive your API credentials via email

Step 4: Enter Your Credentials

Once you have your Store ID and API Key:

  1. Log in to ClubReady Companion
  2. Go to the Connect ClubReady page
  3. Enter your Store ID
  4. Enter your API Key
  5. Click Test Connection to verify everything works
  6. Click Connect & Continue to complete the setup

Finding Your Store ID

If you already have API access but need to find your Store ID:

  1. Log in to your ClubReady admin dashboard
  2. Look in the URL bar - the Store ID is usually visible in the URL
  3. Or navigate to SettingsLocation Info
  4. Your Store ID (Club ID) will be displayed there

Troubleshooting

"Invalid Credentials" Error

  • Double-check that you've entered the Store ID and API Key correctly
  • Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the values
  • Verify that your API access hasn't expired

Haven't Received Your Credentials?

If it's been more than 5 business days:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Contact ClubReady support directly at support@clubready.com
  3. Reference your authorization form submission
